HOUSTON (SportsRadio 610)- Rockets center Clint Capela is expected to play Sunday when the Rockets host the Utah Jazz in game one of their Western Conference first round series Sunday night at Toyota Center despite an upper respiratory infection that caused him to miss practice Friday.

"He better not be as soft as I was,” Rockets coach Mike D'Antoni said making light of the intestinal virus that caused him to miss the final three games of the regular season.

D'Antoni said Capela had been under the weather the last two days after averaging career highs in points (16.6), rebounds (12.7). He played in 67 games, missing the 15 games before the All Star break due to right thumb surgery.
