HOUSTON (SPORTSRADIO 610) – Jahmir Hyka's 85th minute goal spoils the Dynamo's attempt at a come from behind win in a 2-2 draw.

San Jose would bookend the scoring as they also scored the game’s first goal the 26th minute.  Off a loose ball on a well defended free kick, Danny Hoesen fed Jackson Yueill with a pass. Yueill sprung free and assisted on Magnus Eriksson’s goal to give the Earthquakes a 1-0 lead that they would carry into halftime.

Tomas Martinez's first goal of the season put the Dynamo on the board as he leveled the score in the 48th minute after an Alberth Elis shot was blocked.

Fifteen minutes later, Mauro Manotas’ team leading third goal would give the Dynamo their first lead in the 63rd minute.  The build up was started on a long pass from Martinez to Elis.  Elis would fire a cross that Mantoas put away.

The Dynamo (1-2-2) are winless in their last four, but have back to back road draws in their first two road matches of the season.

Defending MLS Cup Champion Toronto FC heads to Houston next week, but may do it with a ‘B’ squad as the match against the Dynamo will be in the middle of their two leg aggregate against Guadalajara in the finals of the CONCACAF Champions league.
