The Seattle Mariners second baseman, Robinson Cano, has been suspended by MLB for testing positive for the banned substance called Furosemide. While it's not an actual steroid, it is banned due to its use for masking other drugs, including steroids.

Furosemide obstructs fluid and salt absorption in the kidney tubules, triggering increased urination for excretion of excess fluids and salt.
