Texans hosts 49ers for two practice sessions before game

Joint practice sessions helps player see snaps against different players

Prior to the August 18th preseason game with the San Francisco 49ers, the Houston Texans will host two practice sessions (Aug. 15-16) with the 49ers during training camp. These dual practice sessions help coaches run plays and schemes in a game-like enviroment.

Last preseason, the Texans and the New England Patriots held joint practice sessions prior to their preseason game where the Texans were victorious and Deshaun Watson was 3/10 and 102 yds 1 rushing TD.

There could be some excitement in these practice sessions since the Texans fell to the 49ers in Week 14 last season.
